Fellos uses a step-by-step titration schedule. This means your dosage doesn't start at the maximum right away, but is gradually increased.
What dosage do I start with?
New patients always start at the starting dose. Already using medication via another doctor or clinic? You may be able to start at a higher dosage in consultation with our doctor. Mention this in your medical questionnaire or via the chat.
How does the schedule work?
The dosage is reviewed every 4 weeks and, if medically appropriate, increased step by step until the maintenance dose is reached. At each step, the doctor assesses whether an increase is appropriate based on your response to the treatment.
