What do you need?
Which treatment you're on and your current dosage
How long you've been on the treatment
Any medical documents or your prescription (invoice or box showing dose and name)
How does it work?
Complete the intake via our website. Indicate that you're already being treated and which treatment and dosage you're using. The doctor will then assess whether your treatment can be continued at your current dosage: you don't need to start again at the lowest dose if you've already been on a higher one for a while.
Switching with weight loss medication (GLP-1)
Already using Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda or Rybelsus through another provider? State exactly which medication, which dosage, and since when you've been using it during intake. The doctor can continue treatment at your current dosage if medically appropriate, so you don't need to build up again.
Cancel your existing subscription
Make sure to cancel your subscription with the other provider once you start with Fellos, so you don't pay twice.
