Want to switch from, for example, sildenafil to tadalafil, or from finasteride to dutasteride? This can only be done via the doctor: mention your request in the medical chat. The doctor assesses whether the switch is medically suitable for your situation.

With GLP-1 medication (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda), the dosage is built up step by step according to a fixed titration schedule. The doctor assesses any adjustment to this based on your progress and any side effects. Submit your request via the evaluation form or the medical chat.

Want to start a second treatment alongside your current one? Go to your portal and start a new intake for the treatment you want. You can have multiple treatments active at the same time.

You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time via your personal account. Want to stop a treatment permanently? Also contact the doctor via the medical chat, so this is noted in your file.
