I haven't heard from the doctor: what now?

Waiting time, what to do after 72 hours, how to request priority

After completing your intake or evaluation form, a doctor reviews your request. This usually takes 48–72 hours on business days. During busy periods this can take a little longer.

What if I haven't heard anything after 72 hours?

First check the medical chat in your personal account. The doctor may have asked an additional question that still needs an answer. As long as that question is open, the prescription can't be issued.

No messages from the doctor and the 72 hours have passed? Get in touch via the chat. We can ask the doctor to prioritise your request.

Can my request be reviewed faster?

If there's urgency involved, customer service can mark the request as high priority. Get in touch via the chat and explain the reason for the urgency.

What if my request isn't approved?

In some cases a doctor declines a request because the medication isn't medically appropriate for your situation. You'll be informed of this via the medical chat and your payment will be refunded.
