Below you can read how a Fellos order works, from intake to delivery.
The steps
Complete intake: you fill in a medical questionnaire and verify your identity via iDIN or an ID scan
Review by the doctor: a BIG-registered doctor reviews your request, usually within 48–72 hours on business days
Prescription issued: if your request is approved, the doctor issues your prescription
Pharmacy processing: the pharmacy prepares your medication. This usually happens the same business day
Delivery via PostNL: you'll receive a track & trace link by email. Your package is delivered discreetly, with no identifiable printing
How long does it take?
For your first order, expect 3–5 business days from intake to delivery. The biggest variable is the doctor's review (48–72 hours). The pharmacy usually processes your order the same day after that.
Want to receive it faster?
Fill in your evaluation form right after payment: any delay in completing it also delays the doctor's review and therefore your delivery.
Follow-up orders
The process works the same for follow-up orders. Make sure to fill in the evaluation form promptly after payment. Want to influence the delivery date? Adjust your payment date via your personal account.
