Fill out a medical questionnaire.
Verify your identity using iDIN or a live ID scan. This way, our doctors can be sure who they are prescribing medication to.
A BIG-registered doctor will then assess your situation and draw up a personal treatment plan. Your personal preferences will be taken into account.
Once approved, your medication will be discreetly delivered to your home by our pharmacy. It is also possible to receive your package at a PostNL point or locker.
In the unlikely event that you are not suitable for treatment, you will receive a full refund.
Once you have started treatment, our medical team is always available to answer your questions or provide advice.
