Receiving your order earlier
Want to receive your order sooner? Move your payment date forward via Adjust payment date in your personal account. This starts the order process earlier. Keep in mind the doctor still needs 48–72 hours for review afterwards.

Adjusting your delivery slot
Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace link from PostNL by email. Via PostNL you can adjust your delivery slot, redirect your package to a PostNL point, or delay delivery.
Please note: we can never guarantee the exact delivery date: this depends on the pharmacy and PostNL. Always allow some extra buffer time.
