Speeding up your order or ordering an extra pen
You can move your next order to today yourself, so you receive a pen sooner (or an extra one):
Log in to your personal portal.
Go to "View treatment" and scroll down to "Your subscription".
Click "Move next order".
Choose the option "Order today".
Briefly explain why you need the medication sooner – the doctor needs this to approve the order.
Click "Continue to payment" and complete the payment.
Please note: this means ordering earlier than planned. The doctor must first approve a valid medical reason before the order is processed.
Tip: if you're travelling, you can also request a medical passport so you can carry your medication with peace of mind.
