Why is delivery taking a little longer?
Are you wondering where your order is? It is probably currently being processed. Because it concerns medication, processing and delivery take a little longer than you may be used to with a regular online order.
Before your medication is shipped, a doctor will first assess your medical situation. The pharmacy will then check the medication safety. This takes a little extra time, but your health is always our top priority.
β
After placing your order, your medication will be shipped within 3 business days. Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, delivery takes an average of 1 business day.
Not sure if everything went well?
Check that you have followed all the steps correctly.
Check your personal environment
Go to your personal environment and check whether you:
Have completed the questionnaire
Have verified your identity
For repeat prescriptions, the doctor sometimes asks you to complete an evaluation form. You can check this by logging into your personal environment. If this is necessary, you will see a banner at the top of the treatment page.
Haven't done this yet? Complete these steps first, and your treatment will be sent.
Check the doctor's assessment
Have you completed the questionnaire and verified your identity? Then check whether the doctor has already assessed your treatment. You can do this in your personal environment.
If this has not yet happened, check the medical chat in your personal environment to see if the doctor has sent you a message. Give the doctor up to 3 business days after your identity verification or completion of the questionnaire to review your request. After that, you can contact customer service.
Track your shipment
Has the doctor approved your treatment? Then you can track the shipment via PostNL's track & trace in the treatment overview in your personal account.
If PostNL has not delivered your treatment 3 business days after receiving the package, please contact customer service.
