Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and is being processed, the order can no longer be cancelled. Because it's prescription medication, it can't be recalled or returned — not even if the order is still on its way. In this case, the amount paid can't be refunded; the medication will be prepared and delivered as planned.
To prevent future orders, you can pause or cancel your subscription yourself via your personal account. Please note: cancelling one order doesn't automatically stop the subscription.
