You can easily cancel or pause a subscription yourself, free of charge, via your account settings:
Log in with your email address and password.
Go to your subscription.
Click "Cancel treatment".
Confirm your choice.
Please note: cancelling a single order or a refund doesn't automatically cancel the subscription — this needs to be done separately.
