At Fellos, we always recommend informing your regular healthcare providers about your medication use. This includes your general practitioner, pharmacy and, if applicable, your treating specialist at the hospital. This is, of course, not mandatory and is entirely up to you.
If you do wish to do so, you can download a letter for your healthcare providers from your personal environment under “Documents”. You can then easily share this with them by email.
This letter supplements the link that Fellos has with the LSP (National Exchange Point). If you gave your consent for this during the intake, we will also share your medication use via the LSP. Other healthcare providers can then request this information when necessary. For example, to check whether certain medications can be safely combined.
