Please note: weight loss medication follows a different delivery process than other Fellos treatments. Weight loss medication is delivered chilled and therefore goes via a separate, temperature-controlled delivery route (AMP) instead of standard Fellos delivery.
Fellos weight loss medication is always delivered to your home, chilled. Because of the chilled storage requirement, home delivery is the only option; delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker is unfortunately not possible.
Exception: Rybelsus
Rybelsus is a tablet and doesn't need to be stored chilled. Standard delivery applies for Rybelsus, so delivery to a pickup point may be possible.
Why home delivery only for injections?
Your injectable medication must be stored and transported at the correct temperature (2–8°C). A pickup point can't guarantee this chilled storage, which could compromise quality.
How does delivery work?
Once the pharmacy has processed your order, you'll receive an email from AMP within 1–3 business days with a proposed delivery day. That same email gives you 24 hours to change the delivery day if it doesn't suit you.
Make sure you're home
Make sure you or someone else is home on the delivery day to receive the order and sign for it. This is required to maintain the cold chain.
