As long as you haven't paid yet, you can easily cancel a subscription yourself, free of charge, via your personal account:
Log in with your email address and password.
Go to your subscription.
Click "Cancel treatment".
Confirm your choice.
You'll receive a confirmation after cancelling. Since no payment has been made yet, no costs are involved.
