If you want to optimise your hair loss treatment, we recommend combining finasteride and minoxidil, possibly in combination with the use of a derma roller (2–3 times a week).

How long does it take to see results?
Finasteride must be used consistently for at least 6 months before its effectiveness can be properly assessed. We recommend taking clear photos before starting your treatment and repeating this monthly so that you can closely monitor your progress.
Maximum results are usually achieved after approximately 2 years of consistent use.
If finasteride is not effective enough
In some cases, especially when finasteride is not effective enough, dutasteride may be prescribed. This is an off-label medicine that can also be effective against hair loss.
