Every treatment has its own timeline. Below you can read when you can expect results.
ED pills (sildenafil / tadalafil on-demand)
ED pills work immediately: usually within 30–60 minutes of taking them. Not noticing an improvement after 2–3 uses? The dosage may be too low. Get in touch via the medical chat.
Tadalafil daily
Full effect is reached after 5–7 days of consistent daily use. When starting out, wait at least a week before drawing conclusions.
Hair loss treatment (finasteride / dutasteride)
This is a slow process. Expect:
3–6 months: stopping further hair loss is the first result
6–12 months: new hair growth may become visible
12–24 months: optimal result
Note on shedding: in the first 2–3 months you may temporarily experience more hair loss. This is normal and not a reason to stop: it makes way for new, stronger hair.
Minoxidil
With consistent use, first results are usually visible after 2–3 months. As with finasteride, shedding in the first weeks is normal.
Not seeing results yet: what now?
Mention this in your evaluation form or send a message via the medical chat. The doctor will assess whether the dosage needs adjusting or something else is going on.
