If you have an active subscription, you can easily cancel your next delivery by canceling your subscription. No payment will be made and no delivery will be made. You can do this via your personal account.
Have you already paid for your delivery? Then you can still cancel it by sending a message to customer service. PLEASE NOTE: cancellation is only possible as long as the pharmacy has not yet shipped your medication. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back shipped medication and cancellation is not possible.
