The medical consultation, review by the prescribing doctor, and delivery of medication are offered as one integrated care pathway together with our affiliated pharmacy. For an order that's already been completed, the prescription is part of this pathway; a separate prescription is no longer available to send to another pharmacy.
For future deliveries, free pharmacy choice can be taken into account. Because this then falls outside the integrated pathway, it affects the cost: the consultation fee normally partly included in the medication price is then charged separately — this can work out higher than the cost of the medication alone.
For medication via standard care at another pharmacy, we recommend contacting your own GP or treating specialist. You can always request access to your medical file through us, regardless of this question.
